John Lajara

Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, and fluent in both English and Spanish, John Lajara began his real estate career over 17 years ago, helping buyers, sellers, and investors throughout New York City and Westchester County. After relocating to Fort Lee, New Jersey, in search of a suburban lifestyle while remaining close to New York City, John noticed many of his clients were making the same move. He later became licensed in New Jersey to better serve clients on both sides of the Hudson River. Since then, John has helped over 1,000 clients achieve their real estate goals. John has been recognized among the top-performing agents in his marketplace, including being ranked among RealTrends’ Top 1% of New York and New Jersey agents and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Top 250 Latino Agents in the United States.
