This is the second property I have some with Tony’s help. He is always pleasant to deal with and is consistently on top of things. With his help, we just sold my brother’s condo within the time frame Tony estimates and for a very good price. I recommend him highly.

Tony did a fantastic job assisting us with the sale of our condo starting with staging suggestions, initial pricing strategy, and aggressively marketing our unit which resulted in multiple QUALIFIED offers within one week. Tony helped us get the highest price via “best and final” negotiating strategy. We closed in ~ 2 months significantly above listing.
