They balanced the business side of the sale of my home with the emotional side for me of leaving that home after more than 25 years. Vin did an awesome job helping us buy a house in New Rochelle, NY. He knew exactly what we were looking for and narrowed the search down exactly to it so we didn't waste any time looking at houses we knew we wouldn't want. He helped us make a competitive offer and, with his knowledge of the market in the area, negotiate until it was accepted. He was a tremendous help throughout the process of inspection, contract and closing, and the contacts he gave us to help with those things were just as professional and knowledgeable as he is. Vinny is a very professional and capable broker who helped me and my partner rent a great apartment last winter. After we moved into a new place, Vinny took over the sale of my coop.
