I simply cannot say enough good things about Billy Grim. We engaged his services to find our son a house. It was a trying market with multiple offers on every home he put a bid on. But Billy was beyond patient with us. He would often say "We will find you the right home, not just a home." He had our back through every stage of the process. He found my son a wonderful home and was even there with my son at closing. The Seller's agent sure wasn't with them at closing. Billy went above and beyond. His entire team was wonderful. Billy was instrumental in our obtaining a qualified buyer who was also willing to a lease back arrangement which allowed us to avoid a double move which would have prevented us from building a new home.
