Hiring Chris as our realtor to sell our house was the best decision we made. He is very focused on delivering what he said he would do. He is a text or a phone away always. He goes above and beyond to get the task done ( steady stream of social media advertising, running to Walgreens for new batteries for the remote control just prior to the final walk through). He gives honest opinion and suggestions to make our house more marketable. If we have to do it all over again, we will hire Chris in a heart beat. We trusted him and his process and yes, he delivered. He performed above and beyond our expectations and he is always available for his clients.

Yara was outstanding, her knowledge of each area and willingness to help me find the right home was beyond professional. We had a very long day looking at homes and she was so thoughtful to bring me lunch. She is extremely thoughtful and caring and allowed me to work through my decision making process while making sure I had all the right information.
