Will was fantastic in helping us buy a house in a competitive area in Monrovia. Before we met him, we had another realtor. It wasn’t her area so we lost two other offers we put down. We were lucky to find Will who specialized in the SGV area. Because of this, we got an offer accepted in the first try! It was a super smooth sale and we were able to get credits from the seller. We were able to beat other offers due to his knowledge of the area and his relationships with selling agents. Definitely would recommend!
