We met Julia Zhao through our mortgage specialist, Jessica Chung (which we were recommended by a family friend). As my family and I were first-time home buyers, we were very lucky to work with Jessica and Julia because both are so professional, responsive, caring, and super hard-working. We didn't know anything about buying a house but Julia and Jessica walked us through every detail and answered all our questions (even when we already asked the questions before). They gave us insight and shared experiences throughout their time working in the field. Both Jessica and Julia were always responsive and timely with preparing documents, despite it being at odd hours during the weekends or really late at night. I didn't expect them to respond or be preparing documents at those times since those aren't regular working hours but I'm so grateful for their communicativeness because it really showed me that they cared a lot about responding to our concerns and questions. It gave us a lot of trust to know we were working with professionals who were extremely invested in making sure we were taken care of. We were looking at south OC specifically and Julia and Jessica would drive all over to meet us and tour open houses. Every time we toured a house, they would listen to our feedback, check each house carefully, and mention important things they noticed. Our escrow process actually started at the same time that Julia happened to have her vacation scheduled. Although she was out of the country and traveling with time zone differences and all, she was making sure our escrow process went smoothly. Our escrow has closed but Julia still offers support after the home-buying process—that's the amount of care and passion she has for making sure this process goes well. I cannot recommend Julia enough and my family and I feel very blessed to have met our Jessica through our family friend and by relation, met Julia through Jessica. Jessica and Julia together are a dream team, just amazing partners to work with for first-time home buyers.

My family has been working with Julia for over 15 years and she always exceeded our expectations. She goes above and beyond to ensure the most reasonable deal for her clients. She has a wide network of service providers that do excellent work. Julia is an outstanding Real Estate agent: she is knowledgeable, passionate, optimistic, decisive and persistent without being pushy. Julia did an outstanding job assisting me with the purchase of my condo. Her expertise in all aspects of the transactions helped to make the process much smoother than it would be otherwise as this is my first time purchasing real estate. She was very patient and responsive and always gave great advice not just on the purchase itself, but also with home improvements. She also paid great attention to details to ensure no mistakes were made on any of the documents and nothing was left out in physical inspection. Would highly recommend her to anyone.
