Your search for a Realtor stops here! In 2025 I lost my childhood home in Hurricane Helene. Her determination, constant communication and true diligence really paid off. Not only did she sell my home quickly, she got more money than I imagined. Wanda Cox exceeded any expectations I ever had! We sold our house in 10 days and the sale closed 18 days later. Wanda explained costs of selling a home so that we knew before committing what to expect. She handled all the scheduling of buyers' visits and cleared the times with us ahead of time. We didn't have to be present, which took pressure off for us. I could elaborate more, but the best way to explain Wanda as our realtor is that she gave us her undivided attention on every task we had together from the time we first met till our closing at the Title Co. We knew she has many clients, but we always felt we were her "top priority" when she was with us. I recommend her as not only efficient and thorough, but also a Pleasure to work with.

We had moved and had our house listed with another Broker who was not responsive. Long distance, we selected Wanda Cox based on a suggestion of a neighbor. Our house went through a three day storm which created and exposed several critical concerns. Mrs. Cox reacted to each issue with urgency and expertise. Contractors were identified for addressing each item, Mrs. Cox supervised the resolution of each item. Our house was sold in three months with each concern resolved.

Our experience with Wanda was fantastic. She is very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and community. She did a wonderful job of walking us through all the steps to purchase our first home. If we ever buy/sell again, we will definitely go to Wanda first.
