Walter was very helpful in selling my father's property in the Bronx.  My dad left the Bronx a few years ago but still owned a commercial store in the South Bronx.  Walter kept in touch with us for a long time and was finally able to help us successfully close on the sale of the property.  He kept in touch with all the different parties involved and was able to connect us with a lawyer that helped us successfully close.  I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs to sell their property in the Bronx.

Walter did a FANTASTIC job in selling my condo. I found his information online and we scheduled to meet that same week. I was looking to downsize from a two bedroom to a one bedroom. Walter was there every step of the way helping me put my condo up for sale and in a few weeks we got an offer way above my asking price. A few months later we finally close! Now it's on to step two which was finding a one bedroom apartment for me to purchase. I signed a new contract to buy another apartment a few weeks ago and then sat down with Walter to review my application before submitting it to the management office. We are now waiting for them to process my application on my purchase. Walter was very helpful in both selling my apartment and helping me buy my new place. Hopefully I will be closing on my new place in the next few weeks!

Walter did an AMAZING job in helping me buy my very first apartment! Full disclosure he is my husband. He owned a one bedroom coop before we got married and have been living here for the past several years. Over time our apartment felt more and more cluttered. Then we got a cat! So now it feels even more cluttered. We began searching for an apartment last summer and after months of looking and have a few apartments that fell through the cracks we found exactly what we were looking for! I am so happy to be a homeowner! Now we are renovating the new apartment before we move in!
