When I needed to sell my condo, I asked a friend of mine if she knew anyone that would do a good job. She said I should talk to a Realtor named Walter who sold her condo in Parkchester a long time ago. I met with Walter and he seemed professional and could get the job done. But I decided to meet with one more agent before making my final decision. I also went online to check Walter’s reviews, in which they were all great. After talking with both of them, I just felt more comfortable hiring Walter, he hired a professional photographer, shot a video, and we received a bunch of showings right away. We had my condo under contract in a few weeks, and we are waiting for a closing date! I would highly recommend working with Walter if you need to sell your home in the Bronx or Westchester.

Working with Andy is a great experience. He expertly walked me through the entire process, especially navigating the co-op board process. I found him to be incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and professional.

Walters' team worked diligently in getting my apartment SOLD. Finally, we had many issues but after two years, which is a very long time we finally! were able to schedule a closing. My HDFC Coop had many issues that needed to be resolved before we could sell it. Primarily, getting a mortgage was not going to be easy because my coop did not have all the needed paperwork to go through a regular bank. Walter was able to find a bank that approved the financing and a buyer willing to work with that bank! After a very long time I'm finally cleared to close 2023. I appreciate selling this property so much with RE/MAX "The Sarmiento Sales Team", it's been a very long process but, we are finally done. Thank You , Sarmiento Sales Team Forever Grateful when God places the Right team in your path. AA

Walter was very helpful in getting me my new apartment! He was able to show me the place, and he connected me with his banker. This was my first time buying an apartment so we sat down together to complete the coop application which was over 150 pages! Walter knew what the right things to include in the application. I was pretty nervous going through the process but Walter assured me that I was putting together a good application and was probably going to get approved! A few weeks after I was in contract I had my interview with the board and was approved! I just closed on my new apartment last week and could not be happier! Thank you Walter.
