Walter was recommended to me by my mother, she had been talking to Walter about possibly selling her condo for a few years and when I decided to buy an apartment, she told me to talk to him. Walter was always professional, honest and easy to deal with. I already had one horrible experience dealing with another real estate agent so I was already skeptical about working with someone else. But Walter proved to be someone I could trust. Buying a property was a huge decision for me. Dealing with getting a mortgage then hiring a lawyer, this is a lot for anyone to deal with, but throughout the transaction I was able to ask Walter questions and he was able to explain the sales process step by step. Walter is reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I'm very confident to recommend him to anyone looking to buy a property!

Walter did an outstanding job assisting me with the sale of my home in the Bronx. I had owned a three-family property on a double lot for many years, and when the time came to sell, Walter was the first person I contacted. He carefully explained the home’s value and outlined his strategy for attracting buyers. Once the property was listed, we received multiple offers and ultimately secured a cash buyer at a fair price. Although the closing was scheduled several months out, Walter kept me informed every step of the way. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, the process went smoothly from start to finish. Walter did a great job in helping my parents sell their home! When my parents were planning to leave New York, I knew I wanted to talk to Walter about it. He had helped my mom buy her home years ago and I knew that he was the right person to contact. He helped us navigate talking to our top floor tenant which was still occupying the apartment and put the house on the market. We kept getting 2-4 showings each week for about a month before we finally got a good offer on the house. Walter helped us negotiate a good price on the house and it went into contract. Now it was about waiting for the tenant to finally move out. When she did, we were ready to close. Overall the process was longer than we expected because of the tenant, but selling and moving to another state doesn't always go as planned, I am glad we worked with Walter who was there to give us the right advice. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is planning to sell their house.

Walter did a fantastic job in selling my property. Walter helped me sell a condo I had in the Bronx a few years ago so when I had to sell my two family home I knew I would reach out to him first. It took much longer than I expected but we were finally able to sell the property! Walter was very good at communicating with the tenants and I to schedule showings and to coordinate all the times we would need to get access to the property. After many showings we were finally able to get someone close to our asking price. Walter never pressured me to sell for less money than I wanted, he was patient and we were finally able to close! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to sell a house in the Bronx.

Walter got my coop sold. I originally tried selling my apartment on my own when Walter reached out, he seemed friendly and would follow up with me consistently without being annoying. Once I knew my tenant was moving out I decided to reach out to Walter to see if he could help me. He came by looked at my apartment and we agreed on the value. We showed it several times and a few weeks into the the sale we got an offer. It took a bit longer than I expected to close but we finally closed a few weeks ago. Overall Walter was very helpful and was there to make sure everything went through.
