Living out of state I was dreading finding a real estate agent to list the home I grew up in. After shifting through reviews, we landed on Mr. Danny Lopez and scheduled to meet him. And thankfully the reviews did not steer us wrong. From the moment we met Danny he was professional and provided information that supported him listing my family home higher than anticipated. By the time we showed him the apartment we were under contract in less than two weeks and for $25K higher than listed. It was such a smooth process that I’m still in shock that it’s over and I know it’s thanks to Danny’s expertise and professionalism. Danny is the best. He did a great job as he is hard working and brings great results! It was a hard market to sell this property and he went above and beyond to bring in an acceptable offer. He also took care of everything that was needed in order to get the deal closed. Without Danny we probably would not have been able to accomplish the sale. He is highly recommended and we look forward to working with him again in the future for any of our real estate needs.

I cannot speak more highly of the LOPEZ REALTY TEAM,INC. I met Danny to talk about the sale of my home, he was extremely knowledgeable of the market and selling process. From that moment until closing everything went absolutely flawless. Danny went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of throughout the entire process, and made every effort to make this process as less stress free for me as possible. He was absolutely fantastic. I was able to sell my home in 2 months. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking in the Bronx area! You absolutely will not regret it.
