Victoria was great! She walked us through every step of the way. She advocated for us and pointed out all the things we probably would have missed as first time home buyers. She guided us past just the aesthetically pleasing and helped us weigh all pros and cons. Now, we're in the PERFECT house for us and couldn't be happier!!!!

Victoria is a highly skilled realtor who also has the critical skills of a great negotiator and psychologist! I didn't realize how important these other skills were until I was in the throes of selling my house in a tricky market. The other thing I really appreciated was her calm & cool demeanor at all times, even in the midst of a crisis (or two). Victoria's calmness truly helped me to stay calm too. I was grateful for her years of experience during negotiations with newer agents. I highly recommend Victoria if you are looking for a seasoned real estate expert!

I went on the hunt for a realtor last year after I found out that my previous realtor had moved out of state. I interviewed a few different realtors that were recommended by people that I knew, and went with Victoria due to her vast knowledge, experience, general personable and warm attitude, and her many relationships throughout the Denver market. I also really appreciated her measured outlook - not dooms day but not overly rosy either. I am so glad I went with Victoria! She was there every step of the way getting the house ready for sale, including doing multiple walk throughs to get it in tip-top shape for photos and showings. She always calmed my anxieties (and I had a lot of them!). The house did well, getting 3 offers on the first weekend and going for well over asking. I am now ramping up on looking for the new place – Victoria has made great recommendations for narrowing down areas and for using well-trusted lenders for getting pre-qualified. I highly recommend her as a realtor in Denver. I trust her judgement wholeheartedly and she really stands out in a crowded market.

Victoria is a wonderful agent. She continually negotiated for our best interests very effectively. We will definitely hire her again for our next purchase. Every step along the way she was always available if we had any questions. Additionally, she was very good at being the link between us and the seller.
