I really appreciated how honest and insightful she was during showings—she would point out both the positives and the flaws, and gently guided me away from homes that weren’t the right fit, reassuring me that I could find something better. I decided to take a pause from May through August, and Vera never pressured me. Instead, she stayed patient and continued updating me with market insights. In July and August, she proactively suggested that I re-enter the market since prices were dropping and interest rates were projected to improve. That advice turned out to be spot on. When I finally found the right home, Vera ensured that I get the best deal and acted immediately. She helped me put in an offer the same day and managed all the paperwork with incredible diligence, keeping me on track at every step. She also guided me through parts of the process I knew nothing about, like the inspection and final walkthrough. She didn’t just glance at the house—she examined every corner, noted even small cosmetic issues, and made sure the builder followed up on them. Nick had the perfect understanding of our buy box, and was quick to identify and help schedule showings for the homes that matched our criteria.
