Vanessa’s breadth of knowledge of Pinellas County and beyond Is invaluable. More than her knowledge of the area she covers is her dedication to clients, her devotion to getting to know you and your needs, and patience to find the right house to suit you. I worked with Vanessa for quite awhile, and her guidance and patience through the process of finding the perfect home for me was so appreciated. Vanessa and her whole team have a unique ability to make you feel like you’re their only client! Vanessa squeezed time into her day to get us into last minute showings, she was willing to work remotely with us, if needed. I’ve bought/sold 5 homes in my life, but I’ve never had a realtor work as hard, nor extend such kindness as Vanessa.

What a great experience working with Laura Finger at Vanessa Leonard Group, Keller Williams. From the beginning of the process, Laurie guided me by finding an appropriate asking price to getting repairs and improvements done to enhance the presentation of the property. She kept me updated with pictures and videos which was great. We received multiple offers within two weeks. From there, the closing team took over and everything went smoothly and closed right on date. All this was completed in about six weeks. Great job Laurie and team. I would highly recommend.

Her whole team is very professional. They were thorough in staging and marketing the condo, keeping me in the loop as they went. They are also very prompt and professional with all of the paperwork. Very good experience. I'd highly recommend them.

My wife and I would highly recommend the Vanessa Leonard team to anyone, either local or from anywhere else, looking for a home in Florida. We moved from New York and have been renting a home in St Augustine for the past year and a half, while searching for our new permanent home. We finally found one that we felt checked all of our boxes. Laurie Finger got us an appointment in less than an hour to get in to see the home and then submitted our offer within hours. Our offer was accepted and Laurie made the trek all the way across the state to St Augustine several times to facilitate inspections and closing on the home. Kimberly Fickett also did a great job, keeping us informed of all the tasks we needed to complete throughout the process and made sure all the i’s were dotted and the t’s were crossed right up to the closing. We’re extremely happy with our new home and with all the help Vanessa’s team provided.

Fantastic realty group! Very professional and methodical with their approach. Lisa Miller was our realtor and she was great! We needed a specific amount funds after sale and Lisa ensured we got that and then some!
