She was an amazing patience person. That knowing this is the first time I bought a house she helped and taught me alot and helped me find my house. She has an awsome sense of humor. She was dedicated to finding what I wanted in a home and what I needed. Answering all my odd questions. She is a mom and understood what I needed for my daughter and I personally recommend Valerie to anyone who ever ask me for a realtor.

At the height of the market, I was in need of a new home. As a buyer, it was not only difficult finding the “right” house but also landing it in a sellers market with extremely low inventory and a multitude of buyers! It was less stressful working through this with Valerie especially since I was in a time crunch so I already had that on my plate. She worked endless hours scheduling showings and running me all over Harford County. I bid on a few houses along with 10+ other potential buyers and lost the deal. I became discouraged in the process but Valerie to the rescue, she reached out to the seller’s agent to see what would have sealed the deal or what discouraged the sellers from accepting my offer. With the added knowledge, we continued our search and landed the perfect house! Valerie’s persistence and dedication to helping me find the perfect home prevailed. I couldn’t be happy with the top notch and detailed service she provided. I highly recommend her!
