We met Jose via an open house tour inquiry. He showed us 3 homes over the Labor Day weekend as we wanted to move for retirement in the near future. While we did not make a deal right then, Jose continued to diligently find homes that fit our needs. We did land on a newly constructed home that checked all the boxes. With us being out of state, he ensured every little thing was perfect. He toured the home 2 times in place of us being there and made sure any defects were fixed prior to closing. His knowledge and expertise made the transaction smooth and I highly recommend Jose for your real estate needs!

We hit the jackpot when we were paired with Christina as our realtor. Her diligence, professionalism, friendliness, and patience saw us through a multifaceted set of obstacles with three different properties. She was fantastic in approaching each step carefully and diligently. Her recommendations for lender, inspector, attorney, and contractors were all top notch as well. Christina was able to satisfy our needs while providing us great guidance for each element of the sale. She was quick to respond and answer any question no matter how big or small, and she fought for us behind the scenes on several occasions. She literally and figuratively held our hand through some stressful negotiations and decisions, and her calm and comforting demeanor is a gift!
