Working with Jose was truly an outstanding experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent to guide us through buying our first home. From start to finish, he went above and beyond in every way possible. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and uncertainties, but Jose made the entire process feel manageable and even enjoyable because of how organized, knowledgeable, and responsive he was. One of the things that stood out most was how “on the ball” he was with everything. No detail slipped through the cracks. Whether it was scheduling, paperwork, inspections, negotiations, or timelines, he stayed ahead of every step and kept us fully informed. We always felt like he was one step ahead, anticipating potential issues before they could become problems. More importantly, Jose genuinely went to bat for us. Christina is an outstanding agent. This is our first home and that alone is daunting, Christina set our minds at ease, you can bet I will recommend Zillow but especially Christina. She made this an enjoyable and educational experience. Highly recommend.

Jose was an outstanding realtor from start to finish. As someone who went into the process with very little knowledge, I truly appreciated how he walked me through every single step with patience and clarity—never once making me feel uncomfortable or uninformed for asking questions. His knowledge of the process was exceptional, and he was always available and responsive, no matter how small the question was. Jose made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel smooth and manageable. I would highly recommend him to any family or friends looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and supportive realtor!

Katie DeRouin was absolutely amazing in helping me sell my house. Even going so far as to babysit my dog, during a showing. She's more than a realtor she's a friend who helped me handle the stress of moving... worked within tight restraints and helped me find a place that I could afford. And had almost all of the items on my wish list! Highly recommend!!!
