Troy is amazing!!! We were lucky enough to have been referred to Troy by a friend for help selling our home. He is so patient and knowledgeable. He walked us through every step and gave input on anything we wanted. He is very detail oriented and knows his stuff. With his help we listed our home and had a full price offer the next day. I will recommend Troy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Troy was great to work with. He was easy to get ahold of and communicate with; he worked with our busy, last-minute schedule changes and requests; he knows so many contacts from loan officers, house inspectors, and contractors that I felt were very competent, open and honest just as himself.

We had an excellent experience working with Troy during the sale of our late mother's condo. Troy is incredible! I had the misfortune of having a tenant severely neglect my home and abandon it without notice. When I found the house, I found Troy that same day. He immediately met with me and came up with a plan to assist with an incredible team of resources to get the house not only fixed up, but to a much improved state. He is a go-to for anyone looking to buy or sell and home. Troy is a true professional who knows how to get the right things done. I can’t say enough positive things about working with Troy!
