Troy was just the best to work with! He did a wonderful job setting up appointments for us to look at houses. He would always point out all the things to look out for, tell us the things he saw, and always listened to the things we were looking for. And once we settled on a place (a new one), he surprised us even more in the way he advocated for us; he was constantly pushing the builders to make sure they were sticking to the timeline that we were expecting. Through it all we could really feel that he wanted us to end up happy and in a beautiful home that we loved. And that's just what happened! We'd recommend him to anybody looking for a home and we'll certainly go back to him in the future.

Wow!!! What an incredible human and advocate for our goals. Troy made magic happen. Sold our home in the perfect time so we were able to buy our dream home in perfect timing. He also sold their home in 2013 I vouch for this man!

Troy was very good and easy to work with. He was very responsive, and knew all of the answers to our questions. He was really helpful when it came to negotiations and knowing how much to put in for our offer and our counteroffers.

Troy was easy to work with and very responsive. He walked us through everything before and throughout the home selling process. We got our house on the market quickly and then under contract within a week. It was a smooth process all around. I’d definitely recommend using him if you are looking for an agent.

Troy was awesome. He's helped us buy and sell a few homes now. Great experience every time. Super knowledgeable and flexible. He's got a great team that helps with all the closing, and was able to go back and forth with a few changes the buyers had to make that made it drag out for a bit, but he managed expectations well.
