Troy is the best! He helped me with an unfortunate short sale years ago and has always kept in touch. He also helped with the sale of my parents home and helped us find our new dream home in Daybreak. My family considers him family and I would recommend him (and his team) again and again! I appreciate everything he did...and continues to do!

My wife and I recently purchased a home with Troy and received great professional service during all phases of the real estate purchase process; search/negotiation/inspections/transaction. He’s also had a very genuine personality that is focused on his client’s needs. Troy became familiar with a key requirements and provided a stream of viable candidates. His communications and service were timely so we could be competitive during the pre-contracted negotiation. We did most of our searching from outside of the area. Troy made prompt contact on new properties and sent video tours of dozens of properties during the screening. Often times his videos were more thorough than if we would have been touring in- person. All around, we couldn't be more grateful to Troy and appreciative of his level of service.

Troy did a great job working with us, even though we were from outside the area. He stayed on top of the whole process as our buying agent, and was always available to answer questions and keep us informed with every change. I would recommend Troy to list or buy. He is honest and always available when you need him!

The result speaks for itself. We had a full price offer two days after listing that closed within 21days. That evidences knowledge of the market. Timely kept us apprised during each step of the process. He has my real estate business in the future.

Troy was professional and personal in his interactions. Troy consistently communicated with us. He was concerned about what we knew AND how we felt. Troy educated us on the process and allowed us time & space to conclude our direction. I interviewed over 50 agents in 2024. We chose to work with him because of his knowledge and integrity. Troy listened to our concerns and worked with us to resolve them. Troy puts people before profit, this is a rare quality in this profession.
