Troy was outstanding. He came highly recommend and didn’t disappoint. First off, he recommended that we list our home higher than we thought and what about an other realtor had previously recommend. This shocked us at first, but decided to trust him. The first couple of weeks it was really slow, but we did list over thanksgiving week. Troy kept reassuring us that we had a great home and that the home was listed on many different platforms. Within three weeks we started having showings, 3, and had 2 offers. Troy was helpful, answered questions and gave counsel and insight when we needed it. He is very responsive. I felt like he was our friend and advocate through this process. Would recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor.

This is the second home Troy has sold for us. I like how easy going he is, he’s willing to take a risk and tells us how it is. He never rushed us or made us feel pressured. In short: Troy keeps it real.

Troy is an amazing real estate agent! His patience and work ethic are unmatched. We walked through 20+ houses while searching for our perfect home and he listened to every comment, want and need we were looking for. He is quick to respond and communicates efficiently. On top of all of that, he's a genuine human that does his best to meet your needs. I told him I was sad to not get to view houses with him anymore, after we purchased our home. My husband and I just bought our 2nd home through Troy and he is our realtor for life.
