Troy is one of the greatest people I have ever met! He truly values you and will do everything he can to ensure you're getting the very best! There is no one better than him and I feel sorry for those who aren't using him as their realtor because I know they're going to not get everything out of the deal that they could have. I'm not usually one to write a review but this guy is 100% worth the time, thought and energy to write this review, but Troy is so overwhelmingly awesome I don't feel all the good thing I can say would even give him justice. You will never find anyone better than this guy I guarantee it!

Troy was excellent to work with. He helped us sell our home and was able to get us a wonderful price. Helped us navigate all aspects of the selling process and gave assistance and advice on everything. Always had an answer to our questions. He really cared about us and what was best for us. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Troy is an AMAZING real estate broker/agent. I’ve been working with him for over 15 years. He’s assisted with several home transactions and hit it out of the ballpark every time. I’m very particular and demand excellent service and this is where Troy far exceeds other agents. If you want your real estate transaction to proceed seamlessly Troy is your guy!

Troy did amazing with the selling of my home! From the low cost of services to the patience he had with the buyers agent, he made it seamless and easy for me. Communication was top notch through the whole process and got me more than my asking price! Highly recommend you give him a try!

Troy was kind, patient and helpful. He’s the best what he’s doing. We had great communications about how to make the most profit out of the house. In my opinion He’s number one realtor in Utah.
