Troy was easy to work with and very responsive. He walked us through everything before and throughout the home selling process. We got our house on the market quickly and then under contract within a week. It was a smooth process all around. I’d definitely recommend using him if you are looking for an agent.

Troy was awesome. He's helped us buy and sell a few homes now. Great experience every time. Super knowledgeable and flexible. He's got a great team that helps with all the closing, and was able to go back and forth with a few changes the buyers had to make that made it drag out for a bit, but he managed expectations well.

Troy made selling our house easy. He knows what buyers are really focusing on and what improvements make a difference. He helped us price the house to sell quickly, but still be competitive in our neighborhood. We were under contract in two days and closed in three weeks. Troy was there every step of the way, helping us with any questions we had and checking in to be sure we were doing alright. He responded to all our questions quickly and with good information. Troy is the best! He helped me with an unfortunate short sale years ago and has always kept in touch. He also helped with the sale of my parents home and helped us find our new dream home in Daybreak. My family considers him family and I would recommend him (and his team) again and again! I appreciate everything he did...and continues to do!
