Tracy was very professional and detailed in helping me sell my Gloucester County waterfront house and property. Due to my out of town location, I required email/text/pictures to review the progress of property updates, etc. Her team came through with flying colors on timely followup to all my questions and concerns. Final results: we sold our property at a very nice price, and Tracy's advice during the final hours of negotiations kept the deal intact. In my business career I look for partners with insight, creativity, follow-up and results....Tracy and her team exceeded my expectations!

I really enjoy working with Tracy. I gave her five starts all around. She is fun to talk to and create a relax environment when will the stress of selling. She found my weakness ,( doughnuts ) and had them for me at closing. When during negotiating for the sale I was thinking of stopping because of low balling by buyer. she took the bull by the horn and got it settle with the buyer exceeding in negotiations more then I expected. She gets to know her clients and does truly represent them. Thanks Tracy.

Tracy helped us buy and sell our land/home in a timely manner that meet are needs and budget. Her staff was very helpful in the closing process so we could fit it in to are work schedules. Tracy and her staff are extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable and helpful. What a Great experience!
