I have worked with Tracie for several home purchases. She has helped me buy 3 different homes and 1 lot of land. Whether I’ve bought for myself or family, Tracie has always wanted to make sure I’m happy with what I’m buying. She is hands down the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. Never pushes and lets me get a feel for each home on a walkthrough. Always available and willing to track down information to answer any questions. Even after move in when you realize you have so many more questions, she will track that down. She feels so much more like a friend than a realtor without compromising being professional. Paperwork has always been a breeze with her. She’s honest and genuinely wants me to be happy with what I get and not in what might benefit her. I will remain a client for as long as she remains a realtor.

Loved working with Tracie. I moved here from out of state and she was great at staying in touch and giving me advice on what I needed to plan for once I got here. She is very responsive and always reached out to me as soon as something needed my attention to move things along. She gave me a very thoughtful gift after the house closed and provided a lot of resources for things I wanted to get done from inspections to carpet cleaning, etc. I highly recommend her as your agent
