Loved working with Tracie. I moved here from out of state and she was great at staying in touch and giving me advice on what I needed to plan for once I got here. She is very responsive and always reached out to me as soon as something needed my attention to move things along. She gave me a very thoughtful gift after the house closed and provided a lot of resources for things I wanted to get done from inspections to carpet cleaning, etc. I highly recommend her as your agent
