Tony sold our house within a month of our deciding to sell. He's very knowledgeable and communicates often. He made selling our house a smooth and easy experience, which is not often the case in real estate. I happen to know he fielded problems with the settlement time so we wouldn't have to change our schedule. Tony is personable and trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Tony and his team were so good to deal with. They were extremely responsive, knowledgeable and committed to helping us through every step of the process in selling our Dads home. Thank you for your commitment to making sure we were prepared for each step. Selling our family was not easy but it was definitely a smooth process.

In just 2 days we received 34 offers! Our house sold for $96,000 over listing price! Tony is the best source of market information, line of defense for negotiations, his team had our listing on more platforms then any listing I’ve ever seen, and not to mention the staging was done so elegantly we were jealous of our own home. Offers coming in? He’s on the phone with agents evaluating the proposal to make sure all documents are signed correctly before he presents them. Pre-approval? He’s calling to make sure everything is legitimate. Title? He’s getting ahold of the settlement sheet to fine comb every single detail for accuracy before you sit down at the settlement table. Tony will protect your blindside long after settlement. Tony was the backbone to a flawless sale and we couldn’t appreciate him more for everything he’s done for our family.

We have used Tony and his team 3 times now. Twice for the sale of a home and once for buying. He is the best in the business. The man doesn’t stop working for you!! We will never use anyone else! He is honest, direct and doesn’t steer you wrong. He truly loves what he does and it shows in his dedication to the buy/sell process.
