Tony is the best agent we have ever worked with. I originally picked Tony based on reviews I had read, and they were absolutely correct. He sold our house before it even hit the MLS!! (seriously). He was honest, aggressive in getting things done fast (so productive!), excellent at communication, and had our best interest always front & center. He was extremely knowledgeable and his many points of contact were so helpful at getting things done once we had found a new house. Not only did he sell our house before it hit MLS, his business relationship with the mortgage broker allowed us to close on our new house in record time. Every aspect of Tony & his team flowed seamlessly, which allowed us to move through this process quickly, seamlessly, and with minimal stress. I cannot stress enough how great Tony was to work with and always available to answer the many questions we had, day or night. I will refer anyone & everyone to Tony. He really is the best agent we have ever worked with. You won't be disappointed. He has earned his top rating! :)

If you are looking to buy/sell your home, Tony Brown is THE guy to call!! He helped me list my home on March 26th and it was under contract within 48 hours!! My house closing was April 30th. All I can say is WOW!! He is very professional and hustles to get the job done!! He is "very" respectful and appreciates you as a person as well as your business and you walk away from the whole experience making a new friend for life! Tony is very diligent on getting back to you right away should you call or text him. He never makes you feel like he is too busy for you. My home was by no means a million dollar home but Tony appreciated my business and treated me as though it were. He works for you to make YOU happy on what YOU want! And he is very honest, I trust him. I was worried my house would be on the market for a few months, possibly all summer but Tony far exceeded my hopes and expectations! He was truly a God send! I also want to say as well that Charles Maher from his team helped with the picture taking and he was very professional as well! It was a bit muddy out when taking outside pictures and he respectfully removed his shoes when entering my home and put everything back as he found it when having to move things around for the pictures. The whole experience was a fast whirlwind and so painless and easy! I highly recommend Tony Brown and I will definitely be calling on him again in the future! THANK YOU TONY!!!

When selling our home, we chose The Tony Brown Team and were not disappointed. His knowledge of staging a home helped our house to look its best and sell quickly. Tony was very responsive, professional, and took the time to explain details of the transaction. We would highly recommend Tony to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

I would highly recommend The Tony Brown Team, very professional. They made the process very easy and took the time to explain things to me every step of the way. When viewing homes, pointed out good and bad things, made me feel like they cared about me getting a great deal and not just to close on a deal. During inspection was there and answered any questions I had and went through the inspection paper and made suggestions. I couldn't make final walk thru and went out of his way, took pictures of the home and sent them to me. I have used them several times and always positive experience.

Tony, Has great knowledge of the market and he was able to get me a higher price than other realtors quoted. Great attention to detail, timely responded to questions. Has a network of recommended professional contractors that are very reliable and saved me money.
