I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Heather Samson as my buyer’s agent. Working with Heather had a couple very stressful moments. We had a full house inspection done after our offer was accepted. I was completely fine with the very minor issues with the house. Example: down spout hose needed to be pulled up slightly to fully cover downspout. I told her we were fine with the inspection and to move forward with the purchase. She told me, we should see if the owners will fix minor issues. I asked if there is anyway the owners could kick out our offer. She said absolutely not. She asked the owners to fix the issues. We were then ghosted for a week. I asked her what was going on. At this point she told me they have 10 days to respond, but if they don't, "don't worry we will still find a house for you". I was absolutely livid!! I don't believe she understood how stressful and upsetting this was. Now with her negotiating skills... she told us we should probably come in at asking price to be a strong buyer. She failed to see the owners were offering 5k in closing costs in the "Zillow App". So, we would have missed out on that if I didn't inform her. I then told her we should ask for 10k in closing costs and 1k off the price of the house. She asked why we should ask for that. I had to then explain myself to the self proclaimed negotiating master. It felt like she painfully agreed to submit the offer. The sellers almost immediately signed our offer. We did end up getting the house, but there were some stressful issues with Heather.

Heather Samson was nothing short of amazing in making sure she found the right place not only for me but for my little family she truly put us first in every aspect and did not miss a thing in walkthroughs or if I had any questions! She was always on top it she isn’t one of the best I believe she is the best!
