Selling a home is stressful. However, with the help of the Allen Brake & his team, we had an outstanding experience from start to finish. This is the second time we used Allen. YOU CANNOT go wrong! We sold our home above listing price in January with a record two-day turnaround, and it was because of Allan and his team that the sale happened so quickly. In my 38 years in sales within the real estate industry—and after selling 10 homes—no one comes close to the level of service they provide. One key piece of advice: listen to their guidance when preparing your home for sale. Their recommendations, combined with Allen’s and his teams expertise and strategy, created the perfect formula for success. We interviewed three realtors, and Allan’s team stood out immediately. Three days after the sale, they returned to the house to retrieve a mirror and a large piece of artwork we had accidentally left behind. They even arranged shipping to our new home 16 hours away.

This is now the second house we have bought with Heather as our agent and we could not be more pleased. She was an amazing advocate and advisor for us in the house buying process. She was so knowledgeable and we felt like she always had our absolute best interest at heart and put us in the best position possible to put forth a competitive bid. We have used Heather now twice to purchase a home. This last home was sight unseen. We trust Heather enough to be our eyes . She is not only extremely thorough but we trust her implicitly. She has gone above and beyond for us. I would absolutely recommend anyone in the market for buying to use her. She is the best in our opinion!!!!!!

Heather was incredible! She listened to us and found us the perfect home! We followed her advice to put in a solid offer, and she kept us updated on the process and followed up with the listing agent. We would definitely work with Heather again, if we ever decide to leave here!

Heather is amazing!! She took care of me every step of the way and I had no worries. It was smooth sailing from our very first meeting! Since I am a young buyer (only 25) she took her time to make sure I understood everything. She treated me as if I was her daughter and made sure to give me the same advice and care she would her own child. I absolutely love her and she will forever be apart of my life and family now!
