I've spent 16 years investing in Tampa Bay real estate, closed over $5 million in sales, and I manage new construction projects for a hedge fund. I specialize in new construction and land for investors, fix and flip properties, and helping longtime homeowners sell or downsize after decades in their home. As a construction project manager working toward my own general contractor license, I bring a builder's eye to every deal, from evaluating land and running the numbers all the way to closing.
