Visited my fiancee’s cousin. Looked at apartments on our own. As we were leaving the house across the street became available. Called him and went thru that house one time. Flew home and made an acceptable offer 4 days later for a ‘winter’ home. A multitude of questions right up to (and after) closing were promptly answered. I would HIGHLY recommend Tom for any real estate need. He is friendly, professional, and has the answers. Would definitely do business with him again. Zero hesitation in that.

We were selling my in laws property after they passed. In addition to coping with the loss, we lived over an hour away. Tom and Gayle were absolutely amazing. They took the worry off us and guided us along the way. We had an offer the first day! From listing to closing took less than two months. I don't think you can go wrong with this team.
