Adrienne helped us buy our first home in 2015, and we knew exactly who to call when we were ready to sell in 2024. She is responsive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. We completely trusted her guidance and judgement as we evaluated our options and negotiated... and she made us laugh plenty along the way too. We can't recommend her highly enough!

Having Adrienne on my side was the best decision I made. I was confused and uninformed regarding the process when I started, and she helped answer all my questions along the way, which put me at ease. Her expertise at the negotiating table at the end really sealed the deal at a number I was very pleased with! I’m so truly grateful to have met such a wonderful person, and being new to the area she is my first friend I can trust.

Adrienne was super awesome! She KNOWS real estate, and especially the New Orleans market. She was helpful, informative, and calming throughout all the ups-and-downs of selling a property. She was constantly in contact with me and always encouraging. She has a person for EVERYTHING - from emergency repairs on a home at affordable rates, to suggestions for closing and financing options. One of the main things I appreciated about Adrienne was that she was firm and direct - no coddling bs just to make me feel good. But her superpower as a real estate agent is that she is also and always exceedingly kind. She is precisely the personality type you want in a real estate agent. If you are buying, she will get you the house you want; and if you are selling, she will make sure you not only get the full value of your property; but she will also bend over backwards to make sure your sale goes through. I was extraordinarily happy (and, upon reflection, sooooo lucky) to have Adrienne as my agent. You simply cannot find anyone better at this job than she is. If I wanted a career in real estate, I would beg to apprentice with her. When it comes to real estate buying and selling, Adrienne is, simply put, the best.

Ashley is an incredible, knowledgeable, thoughtful real estate agent. She clearly has a passion for what she does and loves the area in which she lives. She listens to her clients needs and takes action to make sure they get what they want/need. Ashley is patient and an excellent negotiator. She's also easy-going and spending time with her is a pleasure. Ashley makes buying or selling real estate as stress free as possible and any person who uses her services is in great hands! I can't recommend her enough!

Ashley was always on top of the changing environment, including the offer process and needs of both myself and the buyer. She Did very well negotiating the repairs and upgrades to satisfy both parties, making it a smooth process. Ashely was extremely response to texts and emails when things needed to be done. She also has great support staff in her broker that is very important to an agent. I highly recommend Ashely to anyone, looking for a great agent!!
