Lara has helped me numerous times with buying, selling and leasing properties. I trust her to always have my best interests in mind and have referred her to many friends and family members. She helped me purchase a duplex a few years ago and then helped me with the sale of that same duplex a year later. She was able to place tenants for me in those units as well as placing tenants in another property that I own today.

Lara has been an asset for me whether buying, selling or leasing. I’ve had the opportunity to work with her in each of these phases and will continue to do so! Last month she filled a rental opening within a couple of weeks. This past week she listed another rental for me and filled the opening the same day!

Best realtor - lower 9th ward New Orleans! Having worked with many different realtors in multiple states across the country, I rank Lara in my top 3. I met her at an open house she was running. I originally purchased that property but backed out - Lara was with me every step of the way. She even found me another property in great condition at a great price. She knows her market, she knows the process, she works with solid local contacts, she lives locally. And above all she cares about her clients and goes the extra mile before, during and after the sale. I really cant recommend her enough!

Lara's knowledge and experience in real estate was apparent from our first meeting until closing. With Lara I both sold and purchase a home at the same time in what must have been record time. I receive an offer on my home within 24 hours of listing! With her guidance my listed price on the home I sold and my offer price on the home I purchase was spot on! Lara was always so positive while answering my 1,000 questions and reassured me every time I had concerns.
