John helped me sell a duplex in 2020 and made the entire experience enjoyable. His team had the property under contract within a day and closed well before 30 days. I like that John has a General Contractor license, which is an added bonus. He knows what issues to look for when buying or selling.

Sarah was awesome! We found the house we wanted quickly, and Sarah was on top of everything we needed to get done every step of the way. We don’t plan to sell this house, but if so, we’d have her represent us again.

Kat is a very knowledgeable and personable realtor who made the rocky and tedious process of buying a house as smooth and enjoyable as it could be. We bought a home that was in the process of being constructed, which added a new element of uncertainty for us, but Kat was there every step of the way, making sure communication between us and the buliders/sellers was as open and quick as circumstances allowed. Since Kat has lived in New Orleans for so long, she has a keen understanding of the market as well as the typically eclectic nuances that this city brings to it. Kat's a great choice to find a great place in this great town.

My wife and I were on a tight schedule due to our rental needing to be turned back over to the owner. John took this semi-stressful situation of house buying on a tight schedule and made it a smooth. He kept us updated, used his expertise giving us advice and was incredibly helpful. I would and have highly suggested him to anyone.
