We recently sold our home in July 2025 and purchased a new one in the Groves neighborhood of Temecula, CA. Looking back, I realize just how essential Tom was throughout the entire process. I admit, I was initially skeptical about the value of using a real estate agent and the associated fees, especially in this age of Zillow and online listings. However, I quickly learned that no amount of online research can replace the expertise, guidance, and support that Tom provided. Over the last weeks of the transaction, I found myself calling Tom anywhere from 8 to 12 times a day, and he answered every call or responded with a quick text, promising to follow up as soon as he could. He was present on-site at both properties more than necessary and continued to support us long after the sale, helping us navigate unexpected questions. Handling a multimillion-dollar transaction involves many moving parts, negotiating and managing emotional attachments when dealing with such a beloved property, what stays with the home, what goes with the owners, is not an easy task. Tom did an outstanding job of making this process smooth and manageable, putting us at ease every step of the way. We’re now planning to purchase a condo next year for our kids during college, and without hesitation, we will be reaching out to Tom again. We cannot say enough great things about Tom! From start to finish, he went above and beyond in every way possible. He was professional, responsive, and truly had our best interests at heart. Tom Bashe did an excellent job in listing and selling our single-family rental. I have a real estate brokers license and still chose to use Tom. He was knowledgeable about the market. Solid price recommendations, complete marketing plan and had service contacts to help prep the house for sale at reasonable prices. He was responsive 24/7 to any questions and returned calls and texts promptly. I felt he had our best interest in mind and was representing us to maximize our return and to achieve our stated goals when we listed the property. I could not feel more comfortable in recommending Tom.

I just LOVED Tom Bashe!!!! First off very professional in presenting himself from our first meeting! He had a book like binder with our home in it and then all the comps and info I needed to help me make an informed decision on listing price. Other realtors just shoot them out in an email but Tom had made this very professional binder like book for us!!! Right there said a lot!!! Second of all he cared what we wanted to make in our pocket not just selling it and not caring what we got. From that day forward Tom said he would show us offers that came in but he held out caring for my sister and I first, and made sure that what he sold it for would make what we wanted DOWN to the final dollar in our pocket. That’s honesty right there. I was blown away! He was always free to talk to and text with. He answered in minutes. I never had to wait for him. Everything he told us was honest!!!!! He never changed anything up or twisted information it was honest down to the last document. Nothing he ever said was different from what was promised. Our transaction was smooth he did all docs online and if we wanted to we could come in to the office too! I would HIGHLY recommend Tom as a realtor if u want an HONEST realtor down to the penny!!!! I was stressed Mom just died, Tom was compassionate with us and made this STRESS free selling moms home. I haven’t had a business dealing like this in years. Tom you are to be commended.
