Working with Jim to sell our first home of 20 years was the best possible experience we could have imagined. From the first meeting to closing, Jim listened to our needs and concerns, provided excellent insight, advice, and always made us feel comforted in the process. He was always available and extremely responsive and given this was our first time selling a home, he was extremely patient when explaining everything to us and providing all the available options. I highly recommend Jim Holbrook to sell your home. We were looking to move out of California and bought a home in Twin Falls Idaho and Jim helped us navigate through the in’s and outs of selling our house in Wildomar Calif. He was very helpful by finding technical help if there were repairs on the home after inspections were done as well. He kept us informed on any changes or problems. The one thing I must say about Jim is he is very thorough. He knows California laws and is very good at making sure the seller follows them to a tee. We had a problem with the transfer of solar into the new owners name and he walked us through the whole process. Great experience and would not think twice of referring him to family and friends when they are ready to sell or buy. Highly recommend him and his team. Great Broker!
