Izzy is the man. We closed on our dream house in Oceanside in 18 days. Anthony is one the finest realtors I have ever worked with, and I have bought and sold homes in five different states. I first met him when I went to look, unrepresented, at a home he was listing. He was extremely helpful with references for lenders and contractors, and not pushy in any way. His recommendations turned out to be stellar, and so did he. He has a very human, unassuming way of handling his job, and is a great listener, as well as being a fountain of knowledge about the SoCal real estate market. He negotiated two deals for me simultaneously and I couldn’t have been more pleased with both outcomes. Very highly recommended.
