We could not be more happy with the service Richard has provided us. His knowledge of the industry, persistence, and professionalism allowed us to acquire our dream home in this unpredictable economy. He had great communication with not just us as buyers but with all parties involved in the closing process. He actually helped us through 5 offers and kept our spirits up until we finally got the house we wanted. As a servicemember, I highly recommend Richard Lucchesi especially if you are a fellow Veteran. Very personable and easy to talk to! Jett was an amazing guy to work with, especially in terms of purchasing the right home for myself and my family. His knowledge about the market is truly valuable and comforting to have on your side as a first time home owner. Jett was truly on our side as a buyer and made sure we understood the process every single step of the way. He even paid for the inspection and made sure we were getting the best possible price we could! He’s incredibly personable and just all around a professional guy. I was also impressed that Jett took it upon himself to pay for the appraisal and rekey our home once we were finished and ready to move in. I am so incredibly happy with our experience working along side Jett and we couldn’t be more grateful for our new home in Temecula. My husband and I couldn’t thank Jett enough for all that he did, he truly cares about his clients and that’s often rare.

Rich did an outstanding job crafting an offer to a great home. We were able to secure to our now home with great price with room for remodeling. Rich is also helping us with getting quotes from different contractors and we are working to make our home more beautiful. Can't wait for the result!
