Excellent service. Had extensive knowledge of surrounding area. Priced home at just right price point. Gave good recommendations on renovating: what to replace/update, what not to spend money on needlessly. Recommended excellent, reasonably priced staging company.

Toby was amazing and I don't use that work loosely. We are 2000 miles apart. Our correspondence was by e-mail, text and phone. When I asked many questions, he responded quickly, even on Saturdays. His responses were detailed and easy to understand. He dealt with a couple of difficult situations, all paper work, minor repairs and settlement details, in a calm, professional manner. He made me feel as if I was his most important client. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property and I would use him again.

Toby Waters is a wonderful agent to work with. He recently helped Me sell my home, which I could no longer afford to live in. My home was a As Is sell. It had many issues. Every time We had a buyer the deal would fall through for many reasons. Toby stuck to His guns and found a buyer that would work for Me. He put many hours into the sale of my home, for which I am very greatful for. I felt many times that He might just give up, but He didn't. He stuck by my side all the way through closing. I think Toby is a blessing to work with and would highly recommend to anyone trying to sell their home.

We purchased a home before it hit the market. We would have never had exposure to the home if we had not utilized Toby. He is very knowledgable, helpful, available, and easy to work with. We would recommend you use him without question to find a home. You will not find a home in this Denver market without an experienced realtor like Toby
