Never showed up to show us a house after we were told the time to be there. Wouldn’t answer after we showed up waiting for her. Found an actual realtor to show us the house ourselves! Just saying shouldn’t be telling people times to be at a house when they aren’t going to follow through with actually having it shown!

Tina was able to manage a very difficult task of representing both the seller and myself, as the buyer of commercial property. She was honest and respected concerns. She helped put together a proposal that would satisfy both sides equally (not a small task). I will work with her if ever the time comes to need to buy or sell real estate in Hamilton County, Indiana.

Tina helped my fiancé and I purchase our first home. She was extremely informative and knowledgeable. She was available anytime we had questions, and I mean literally anytime (3:00am). She was very honest as well. She could have sold us the first home we looked at but instead the first thing she said was "this home has mold" honesty is hard to come by theses days and she has it. She has a lot of experience too. It was as if we were her only client. Fast to respond and and we got what we wanted during negations. Can't say enough good things about Tina. All around excellent realtor and person.
