Rita helped me through the process of buying my first home with my fiancé and made it completely seamless and professional. I couldn’t ask for anyone better to help us negotiate repairs, sales price, and helping us understand every step of the process. Buying a home for the first time can seem scary but with her as our realtor we never had a question unanswered and was never worried. She is truly the best in Harford County with so much experience. I would recommend her to all my family and friends!

I quite literally cannot say enough wonderful things about Rita. Her guidance and support through our entire home buying process was truly phenomenal. We were moving from out of state while the housing market was so hot houses were selling the day of listing. There was no time for us to drive out to see the homes. Rita was able to manage the entire experience - giving us honest, real time, feedback. She helped us view dozens of homes, put in almost a dozen bids, and when we finally got a bid accepted helped us make it through the closing. It was Rita's expertise and negotiation skills that secured the sale for us. Her insight was honest and trustworthy. Rita also helped us manage our lackluster selling agent so that we could successfully purchase out new home. While this review may seem over the top, it is all true. We were completely at the mercy of our agent given the distance and the market. In the most ridiculous housing market in decades, we managed to get more house than we anticipated and paid under market value. Once we were in contract, she also helped us find all of the contractors we needed to make the home our own. Stop your search and just call Rita. You will not be disappointed! Micaela

I recently purchased a townhome through Rita Quirero team and I am very satisfied with their work ethic. The agent is a hard worker with good knowledge of the area, and always came back to me with updates un timely manner. I definitely recommend this agent!!

My husband and I are so incredibly thankful we found Rita. She has stuck with us as we looked for a home over the course of almost four YEARS. Rita always put our familIes needs first. She would point out concerns that we didn’t even notice because she wanted the best for us. She is kind, caring, funny, and laid back. This market has been a killer for buyers and we lost out on many homes but she always got us through those disappointments and promised we would find a house. Yesterday, we closed on the perfect house for our family, I’m still in shock that it actually happened. I know first hand how disheartening this market is for buyers but she’ll make your life easier, she WILL find you your perfect home. When she does, she will also answer the thousands of questions you have and recommend other professionals that are also fantastic

I was skeptical of anyone in real estate prior to placing the house on the market. I asked a friend for a good reference on an agent as she had just sold her condo. I was given the information for the ladies at Cummings and became a believer. The speed to market, closing, and tenacity of this group is impeccable. If you want the best, you need to call Cummings and Co. I had an army of wonderful women there. Highly recommend. Will always refer to anyone!!
