My sister and I came to Tom Vondersmith (The best realtor ever!) wanting to buy A house this year and he introduced us to David Starleper. Dave is super sweet, Very educated on this whole process and truly just an all around good person. We started this process September 9th 2024 and now October 11th 2024 we get to close on our forever home! He will get you the best rates, He knows all about first time home buyer programs and He is Very good when it comes to communication. Tom is super knowledgeable about the housing market, he’s VERY quick at getting things done for you and the communication is always same day responses. Tom will also be very helpful in helping you pick the perfect home for you and your family, he wants you to be happy and to take your time choosing. Brendan was immensely helpful in our buying process and provided critical market/area knowledge to help drive our decisions on offers culminating in the purchase of our home. Additionally, he has a thorough understanding of the remodeling process as well as local resources to facilitate the inevitable remodel/updating of purchasing older homes. As soon as we booked a showing he began his due diligence on the property and was immediately surveying the house for utilities and structural concerns once we walked through the doors. He gave us peace of mind and the true feeling that our best interests were at the forefront of his mind. Brendan was extremely available for the fast paced market and last minute showings and never took long to respond to texts or calls. When it came to placing offers, Brendan always provided us with frank information on what he believed it would take to close the deal and was creative with ways to draw up competitive offers despite financial limitations.
