Overall, do not recommend. We spent a few months getting to know her, but when I arrived to Arizona to look at homes, discovered she is not involved with, and does not manage, her team throughout the buying process. Our experience was unprofessional and disorganized. It lacked responsiveness, communication, education, follow up and attention to detail. We felt secondary/unimportant, and interactions left us feeling empty. We had to manage several aspects of the relationship. We did not end up buying with her. Here were the pros to the relationship: knowledgeable of Arizona, passionate about the state and her family’s journey to Arizona from the Midwest, and I learned technical knowledge about homes and what to look for in pools, AC, floor plans, solar, landscaping, etc.
