Tiffany did an outstanding job of listing my home, setting a realistic price, then communicated each showing appointment. She advised me on the offer to purchase and negotiated a successful contract. And then through several obstacles and challenges, she overcame them all and arranged a successful closing. She was on top of every part of the transaction. Sellers and buyers will be well served having Tiffany represent them.

Tiffany did an outstanding job with helping finding a house and all the way through closing. Tiffany is very knowledgeable about what she dose and also communication about what needed to be done throughout the process was very clear. Would 10/10 recommend

She's incredible. Hands down best realtor we've ever worked with. We had so many roadblocks and delays pop up because of things completely out of our (and her) control (bank stuff, lender stuff, etc). She was RIGHT THERE with us the whole time. She would take the time to explain things in layman's terms, she was available on the weekends when we had questions. She would reach out asap when offers would come through (even if it was past her formal business hours). Tiffany is a saint. When we were unsure, she would tell us her experience on whether we should negotiate for more, or stay where we're at :) And here we are, with our house sold for over 300% it's previous selling price ($74K -> $254K [we did make many internal improvements prior to selling]). We were unsure, we were scared, we were trusting a stranger with so much. One of the best decisions of our lives. If you're considering Tiffany and reading this review, trust me, she's a fantastic choice. Responsive. Generous. Kind. Knowledgable. Everything and more that you need.

Tiffany did an outstanding job helping us sell our home. She was great to work with and available to answer all my questions or concerns. The process was stressful at times but Tiffany did a good job on keeping in communication with us and helping with negotiations. I would work with Tiffany again in the future to sell my home.

Tiffany was a pleasure to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother transition. I had know idea selling a house was so easy! Tiffany is easy to work with and made things seamless! She is attentive and makes sure things get done. Sold in 2 weeks! Highly recommend!
