Thomas and Patrik are great real estate agents. They helped us buy a house in Milwaukie, OR. They did a great job of negotiating very favorable terms for our purchase. Thomas and Patrik were great to work with. Thomas was our primary contact with Patrik as backup. Thomas showed us numerous homes for sale in various price ranges over a period of several weeks. It was a long process to find the right place and as the saying goes--location,location, location. There were numerous issues to be dealt with as the buying process continued and the value of an experienced realtor became clear. Thomas stayed on top of all the things that we would not have known how to deal with. He protected our interests, negotiated a fair and equitable deal, and in the end secured a nice place in a nice neighborhood. Thank you Thomas.
