Thomas and Patrik have been our realtors for TWO properties now! This second time around, we stumbled across a property and they helped submit an offer with a 3 hour deadline!! They were so quick to move on the sale, guided us on what terms to set to be competitive in the current market, and was very thorough with the contract. Thomas and Patrik with Piece of PDX are amazing! We were unexperienced with the home selling process and they not only made it easy and seamless for us, but also a fun experience. They are very knowledgeable about the Portland metro area market. Their suggestions helped us sell our home within the first weekend it was listed. Thomas and Patrik were absolutely wonderful! Even when we were just beginning our move from Seattle a year ago on the occasional weekend foray to Portland, they dropped everything at a moment's notice to show us homes that we wanted to see, even after business hours and on weekends. They politely steered us away from those with potential structural problems that we, having never purchased an older home before, wouldn't have otherwise thought about. They worked tirelessly for us every step of the way. We LOVE our new home and wouldn't hesitate to use Piece of PDX again!
