Tom and Donna Murphy were the only realtors we contacted to sell our home because we trusted them and had seen strong evidence of their success over many years in and around our neighborhood. It always seemed their goal was to lift the burden from our shoulders of preparing, showing, and marketing our home. We left a lot of furniture in our home when we moved. They researched prices, talked to consignment shops, held an estate sale and ultimately presented us with a check for what they sold. I worked with Tom to sell my father's Florida condo all while I was in Ohio. Tom was an excellent and thorough resource - selling our condo in record time!
