This past spring we made several trips to Florida in hopes of purchasing a home. We were referred to Helen by a friend who owns real estate in the area of Bradenton, where we were looking. After submitting offers on three different properties we finally purchased a home. Helen was very patient with us and was very attentive to seeking out answers we had regarding the many properties we viewed. She was very helpful before the closing and gave us the name of an insurance agent, who got us excellent coverage for thousands less than I could find on my own.
