Thomas is an exceptional agent. Two years ago our friends recommended Thomas after they used him for the sale of their Yonkers home. We used Thomas to sale my mothers home. In January 2025 we didn't hesitate to use Thomas again to sale our house, the difference this time being we lived out of state now. Thomas was our liaison with contractors that were needed to complete repairs in order for the house to sale. He was in constant communication with us. We found him to be honest, patient and through in explaining any questions we had, and we had a lot. Thomas has been in the business many years and has an excellent handle on how the business works. We highly recommend his services.

Working with Tom was a pleasure. He is thorough and responsive. As an example, he called/texted on New Year's Day as a prospective buyer wanted a viewing on a holiday, and he wanted to make sure there were no issues. But requests like that were always done in a respectful manner to me, the seller. Tom is knowledgeable and a gentleman. I would recommend Tom as a broker without any reservations.
