If you want integrity, EXTENSIVE knowledge of the area, professionalism, experience and transparency, do yourself a big favor and use Terri Scheper. We've bought and sold many homes (personal and investment) over the span of> 30 years in states other than SC. Our experience with Terri through our entire process, through closing, was exceptional and unmatched. I can't say enough how refreshing it was that she had so much intimate knowledge with every listing she showed us. She didn't just show up with the MLS info sheet and tell us she'd have to look up and get back to us with answers to our questions, as we've experienced SO many times before with others realtors. With little to no idea of Lake Murray in particular and SC in general was like, her knowledge made us feel very comfortable that we made the right decision for our forever retirement home. Her #1 goal is to match the right home with the right buyer, no matter how long it takes. The home we purchased wasn't listed. She went out and found it for us. We couldn't be more pleased!

Terri was a true professional in all aspects of this transaction. She was an expert on marketing the house and helping us set the proper price. She handled all aspects from listing to closing with the utmost attention to details. I would highly recommend Terri and would definitely use her again.

This is the second time we’ve relied on Terri for a buy/sell in Chapin. Terri absolutely is on top of the local market. She advised and represented us expertly. She brought us a buyer very quickly and at a price that met our needs. She found our new home through her personal network and facilitated a win/win purchase on that end. Terri’s process, document execution and communication all exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend.

I can honestly state that every time I call Terri, she answers and if she is unavailable she will call you back at her earliest convenience. This is unheard of especially during these busy times and it is also what sets Terri apart from other realtors. Terri and her team are very knowledgeable about the local market, professional and they are always there for you as the client both buying and selling. I highly recommend Terri and her Team.
