    Michael was wonderful to work with. He stayed in constant communication and guided me through every step of the process. He helped me sell and buy a home with closings on the same day. It was crazy at times, but Michael had it under control.

    Micheal was great from start to finish. For a first time home buyer he was super helpful in all of the questions that were asked and made sure I understood what was going on throughout the entire home buying process. Definitely recommend him.

    Michael was absolutely wonderful to work with. As first-time home buyers going through a military move Michael made things happen efficiently for us. With a lifetime knowledge of the area, he quickly narrowed down buying options for us in areas that suited our needs. Not only is Michael professional and knowledgeable he is also responsive, honest, end enjoyable to work with. Ultimately, Michael was able to show us appropriate options, walk us through the home, and close the deal in roughly a month. Will definitely work with him again when dealing with real estate!

    My experience with Brandon Hoffman and Midlands Property Management was extremely disappointing and stressful. Throughout my time working with Brandon, there were repeated issues with communication, professionalism, and transparency. He made unauthorized deductions from rental income without prior notice or agreement, often changing the amount withheld without explanation. When I asked reasonable questions or sought clarification, he responded with emotional, condescending messages rather than professionalism. Repairs were often completed without my approval, some of which were poorly done and had to be redone at my expense. Routine property maintenance, like air filter changes and smoke detector checks, was neglected. He also misrepresented how certain funds—such as the tenant’s security deposit—would be handled. When I decided not to renew my management agreement, Brandon began withholding 100% of the rental income, leaving me unable to pay my mortgage. His approach throughout the process was manipulative and punitive, and the experience caused unnecessary financial and emotional stress. I would strongly caution any homeowner considering using Midlands Property Management to review every document carefully and ensure that communication is kept in writing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Brandon Hoffman or MPM for property management services.
