Michael was very helpful, he answered all my questions and was patient. I was able to close on a new home quickly and he made the process a lot easier and as stress free as possible.

My experience with Brandon Hoffman and Midlands Property Management was extremely disappointing and stressful. Throughout my time working with Brandon, there were repeated issues with communication, professionalism, and transparency. He made unauthorized deductions from rental income without prior notice or agreement, often changing the amount withheld without explanation. When I asked reasonable questions or sought clarification, he responded with emotional, condescending messages rather than professionalism. Repairs were often completed without my approval, some of which were poorly done and had to be redone at my expense. Routine property maintenance, like air filter changes and smoke detector checks, was neglected. He also misrepresented how certain funds—such as the tenant’s security deposit—would be handled. When I decided not to renew my management agreement, Brandon began withholding 100% of the rental income, leaving me unable to pay my mortgage. His approach throughout the process was manipulative and punitive, and the experience caused unnecessary financial and emotional stress. I would strongly caution any homeowner considering using Midlands Property Management to review every document carefully and ensure that communication is kept in writing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Brandon Hoffman or MPM for property management services.

This is not the first time we have used Tim to sell our home with property. The latest was an 1800s farm, farmhouse and guest house. It took a very unique buyer and Tim took the challenge and sold the property within days of listing. He always goes above and beyond to assist us to make the sale happen. True knowledgeable professional! Would list it buy with him in the future and always our first choice.

Michael was truly an expert and his responsiveness was amazing; he was not afraid of any questions I had asked and gave me the clearest and most concise answer for me to absorb. I'm grateful to have had Michael as my realtor when purchasing my first home.

Dear Michael, Rob and I cannot express how much we valued having you as our RE agent for the recent purchase of our beautiful home in Blythewood!
