⭐ 1/5 — Unprofessional, accusatory communication I approached this agent as a bona fide all-cash end buyer (no assignment), prepared for a short 20-day close, standard inspection/POA review, and a clear, written offer. Unfortunately, the communication I received was abrupt and accusatory rather than focused on the property or the terms. In one email, the agent wrote: “Therefore, you plan to take advantage of another elderly couple. Shame on you.” As a nurse practitioner who cares for seniors and a buyer seeking a home for my parents’ occupancy (consistent with the 55+ community rules), this was both uninformed and unprofessional. I expected a fact-based discussion about condition, permits, scope of work, and price—not personal accusations. The agent then asked me not to contact her again, which shut down productive dialogue. Based on this experience—poor communication, accusatory tone, and a lack of professionalism—I cannot recommend this agent. I hope future interactions with buyers and sellers are handled with more respect and focus on the actual transaction details
