WOW ! ... Just about sums up my experience working with Tarasa Hurley. I'm 68 y/o and my first impression was that she was young , but everyone looks young to me these days . She presented herself with confidence and forthrightness , and was very understanding of the fact that I had promised a friend the first chance at the home .She said that if he wanted it , she would be happy to just do the paperwork on the sale . When she gave us the figure for an asking price , I was afraid that she was starting too high , but she assured us that she did her homework and that the number was appropriate for our home . Turned out that she was SPOT ON ! The number drew in many serious buyers over the course of the Memorial Day weekend . (her idea to list it even though there were a few things left to do ) It stared, what I can only describe as a feeding frenzy over the next two days . We had two full price offers on the first day , and nine offers by the third day , with the house going for about 10% above asking from that one weekend . That was only the business side of Tarasa .... On a more personal note , there was some COMPLETELY UNEXPECTED family drama involved around the sale , and I found her to be a steady and calming voice assuring me that everything was going to be fine .... and it was . On top of ALL of that , she happens to be just a lovely human being ! So , would I recommend her as your agent ??? 100% without reservation. She is a true professional who understands , that for her clients , selling (or buying ) a home , can be a stressful time for them , and she will walk you through it almost effortlessly .

When it was time to retire my spouse and I decided that Kittanning would be our destination, here we could live near family and enjoy life by the river in a small and friendly town. Of course living 5 hours from our retirement destination required putting our trust in a real estate agent. So we took the leap of faith and reached out to Tammy Capozzoli of River Point Realty. She met us for coffee and conversation so that we could get to know each other before making this very important decision, who will represent us… Tammy was attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and committed to making sure that she understood us, our needs, our likes, our dislikes etc., so she could steer us to the right home for us. It wasn’t long before it became quite clear that she was the right choice for us. Over the course of our search she got us in touch with all the right people (shout out to Kendall Thompson and her team at Sail Mortgage) to make the process smooth and effective, culminating in a ‘virtual closing’ with a notary coming to our house to facilitate my busy schedule. And a quality a realtor must have as far as I am concerned, they need to be responsive and timely. Tammy always got back to me via text, email or phone call, always and quickly. Oh, and did I mention a sense of humor. My spouse and I were so pleased with our home buying experience with Tammy, River Point Realty and sail mortgage that when our granddaughter and her husband started looking for a house we immediately recommend that they get in touch with Tammy. My advice to prospective home buyers, do your homework and if you’re looking for a home in this area, call Tammy Capozzoli.

We decided to start house hunting to get out of renting and finally make something our own. We were looking for a realtor that truly understood our vision and dreams and could help us find something to make it a reality especially as first time home buyers. We chose Tammy Capozzoli because she was exactly that and was honest and upfront from the get go. She was always on time, responded promptly to all questions, and kept us informed throughout the process. She was also very familiar with the areas we were looking in and let us know what areas and locations would be best for us. My advice for future homebuyers would be to find a realtor that is going to truly have your best interest in mind because it makes the process so much more enjoyable! We are extremely satisfied with the service we received and would highly recommend this agent to others!
