We worked with Tarasa Hurley and Tammy Capozzoli to sell our home, find a new one that could also accommodate my mother, and then sell her house. Tarasa’s knowledge of the local market and ability to navigate complex logistics made the entire process far less stressful than we expected. Tammy was incredibly responsive and guided us with patience, professionalism, and care. She truly listened to what mattered to us and never made us feel rushed or pressured. We decided to move from New Jersey to the Pittsburgh area to be closer to our daughter and her family. We needed a Realtor with good knowledge of the local market, and who would be able to match our requirements to available properties within a reasonable distance of where our daughter lives. We chose Tarasa because our daughter and her husband highly recommended her based on their experience with her in locating and purchasing their current home. She has been great, in several respects. She has helped us manage some of the process remotely, since we have been mostly in NJ with periodic short-duration trips to Pittsburgh to visit our daughter. She would send us listings and open house schedules for properties that matched our objectives, and arrange for scheduled visits to properties of potential interest. She would accompany us on those visits and we would discuss pros and cons of the properties so she could further refine her criteria for suggesting potential properties. This process played out over many months, due to our being out of state and having no specific deadline. In the end, it worked very well, since we saw a good representative sampling of available properties, and ended up selecting a new build that met our criteria and is about 5 minutes from our daughter. She accompanied us on a tour of the partially-completed house and even pointed out to the builder an issue in the basement wall that needed to be addressed. She introduced us to a excellent inspector, whom we hired to perform the final inspection. Finally, she participated in the closing, which we appreciated. We would strongly recommend her to others, based on both her knowledge and commitment. She continually supported us during this process, which played out over a long time and distance, and we appreciate it.

Tarasa went above and beyond for us from day one. Our case was a little more complex than the average, but she handled the challenges with grace and got our home under contract quickly! She was very hands on and attentive throughout the entire process. I have no doubt that we may not have been so fortunate if we had went with a different agency. Highly recommend!

Our realtor Tammy Capozzoli helped us find our dream house in less than a month. We are so so happy with the house and the transitioning process was so easy thanks to her help. Tammy never left us hanging, after looking through several houses, she found one that checked every single box that we were asking for - even though everyone said it would be impossible. We had a great experience with her and will definitely use her when we're ready to size up a little! She also is so open and communicates very well.
