Susan Kaczorek is phenomenal! We have bought and sold multiple properties through her and we could not be happier with her professionalism and services. Susan knows the business like the back of her hand. She will advocate for you as a buyer or a seller. She communicates effectively and promptly, answering questions at almost any time of day. She explains things thoroughly and in a way anybody can understand. Susan is the only person I will use to buy or sell a property. Nobody even comes close to her professionalism and expertise.

I simply cannot rave wildly enough about Sue! From the very moment she agreed to list my house for sale, she took the ball and ran with it and I benefited big time. Her communication via calls and texts was nearly non-stop throughout the entire process. She lined up contractors and handymen that I needed and was able to negotiate quick and reasonably priced services for me. Her professionalism, dedication to her clients, and experience all shown through as she knew exactly how everything was to go and, if I ran into any little speed bump, she knew exactly how to fix it.
