Michele was very professional throughout the whole process of buying our house. She was always quick to respond to texts and emails and gave excellent advice about which house might be best for us. Viewing homes was interesting with Michele as she'd talk about each house as if she was considering buying it herself, which gave us confidence in our decisions. We were advised about every step throughout the buying process so knew what was happening all the time. She was excited with us on the closing day and still keeps in touch with genuine questions about how things are going. I will definitely be asking her to sell the house in the future and to help us buy another when the time is right!

Michelle’s assistance was extremely valuable when we relocated from Virginia back to Pittsburgh. She knows the city and the market and was able to narrow things down for us and she was so honest and detailed when she did the virtual house showings with us. We had worked with her before moving to VA and I reached out as soon as I knew we were moving back. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and a genuinely nice person who really cares about her clients!

Michele was such a great person to work with to purchase our first home! She is very knowledgeable, responsive and is in your corner throughout the whole process. Anytime we had questions and reached out she was always very quick to get back to us and if she didn't know the answer she knew who to go to get the answers. She loves her job and it shows because she's organized and on top of everything. It really made the experience less stressful knowing she was on our team. We can't thank her enough for making our first home purchase a wonderful experience!

In the last 6yrs. my wife and I have sold four properties. Three being sold with Real Estate agencies and one being sold by “Owner”. The two properties prior to using Michele Leone of Piatt Sotheby’s where sold through two different Real Estate companies and that drove my wife and I to do our third sale by “Owner”. The reasons for this sale by “Owner” path was the lack of dedication, knowledge, communication, follow-thru and just plain old enthusiasm by these other real estate agents and their support from their respective agencies. That pushed us to try the for sale by “Owner” Route. That was painful and very time consuming but, we made it work. Her support team and Closing Company were the best by far that we’ve dealt with. We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Michele to buy our first home in Pittsburgh. Her decades of experience have enabled her to build a great team and provide end-to-end service (including relationships with contractors, lenders, etc.). From the moment we reached out to our closing day, Michele and her team guided us through a smooth and efficient experience. Her knowledge of Pittsburgh's many neighborhoods was of great value, given our having recently moved to the city a couple years ago. We were able to share our goals, zone in on neighborhoods that fit our goals, and close on a fantastic house very quickly. Her website also helped us house hunt and utilize our time to physically see a set of properties we pre-screened. We would highly suggest any and all buyers to work with Michele and her team. We definitely would again.
