We had a wonderful experience with Michele Leone! She was referred to us by friends, and we are so happy she was able to help us. She had our house sold and at higher than asking on the first day of viewings. We actually had 2 offers! She was so helpful and has years of experience and expertise. She gave us great ideas and feedback to assist us with getting the house sold and sold quickly. You cannot go wrong with hiring Michele!

Michele was an absolute pleasure to work with. As first time home buyers, she walked us through the process at every step, was available to answer questions & provide advice at anytime, and was always fun to walk through homes with. We’ve already recommended her to family and would again.

Michele did a phenomenal job helping us sell our condo as well as purchase our forever home. She was well-prepared, knowledgable, and always ready to answer any questions we had. She even advocated for us while we spent 1 week out of our 30-day closing period in Aruba! We cannot sing enough praises of how professional yet personable she is. We felt well taken care of and did not feel like we were "just another client". Would highly recommend Michele to anyone looking for help to buy or sell (or both)! :-)

Michele was wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the process. She was very responsive and walked us through every step of the process. I really appreciated how she went through every paragraph in the many agreements we had to sign, it made me feel very confident with the process. She did a great job negotiating on our behalf. I can't recommend Michele enough, she's the expert you want on your side.

Michele was very professional throughout the whole process of buying our house. She was always quick to respond to texts and emails and gave excellent advice about which house might be best for us. Viewing homes was interesting with Michele as she'd talk about each house as if she was considering buying it herself, which gave us confidence in our decisions. We were advised about every step throughout the buying process so knew what was happening all the time. She was excited with us on the closing day and still keeps in touch with genuine questions about how things are going. I will definitely be asking her to sell the house in the future and to help us buy another when the time is right!
