Amazing Experience with Quick Time Table. Unbelievable experience working with Tammy to sell our home fast. We chose Tammy and her team for her extensive experience and we were not disappointed. We were able to sell and move out of our home in under 30 days and over asking price in a fairly cold market. Tammy and the team were extremely easy to work with, very professional, consistently communicated what we needed to do, and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. I was very fortunate to meet Tammy and her team through Tammy's husband who supported as a buyer agent on the same home 5 years earlier. Tammy and her team were instrumental from start to finish. As a first time buyer and seller it was great having a full service agent that already has a reliable network of individuals to help with marketing, appraisal, inspections, and legal support. Tammy Lyne and her team (Sable et al) possessed all the crucial elements in their profession. They provided efficient care to the product and guided the entire process with care and skill. If there were any choices along the way, they guided the decisions with an openness and truthfulness that was appreciated. They sold our house at a higher price point compared to another realtor and while that is a financial success, the greater good was the care and responsiveness that she and her team provided throughout the process.
