Kristy was recommended to us by someone who worked with her in the past. She was great to work with from day one. We viewed several homes and she made sure to take note of our likes and dislikes to find exactly what we were looking for. She was always responsive and took care of any concerns we had immediately. Every time we thought something might cause the process to be prolonged, Kristy somehow found a way to get things done and corresponded with all parties involved. Today it seems like everyone and their mom is a real estate agent that is trying to sell and charm you with sweet talk. We had so many aggressive realtors telling us all sorts of non-sense. We went with Kelly because she had been honest and set our expectations from the get go and I don’t regret it. We even were up against one of the realtors we interviewed and I was surprised at how much better of a negotiator Kelly was. I feel bad for who chose that other realtor. Kelly listened to our goals, she set up a plan, and followed through- she got us more than what we wanted! She even met contractors at the house for us. I feel bad for you if pick another realtor and end up against Kelly.
