Sam and Sven made everything go smoothly and were incredibly supportive. Sven is a super negotiator and they got me the condo I wanted as well as hooking me up with a broker to sell my condo first.

Sven and his team were great. They were very patient with us as we went through a year-long search. Sven told us what we needed to hear and steered us - he helped us make a smart, not emotional, decision. And then guided us on what we needed to do in selling our house quickly and way over asking.
