Suzy is the best! As first time homebuyers we had lots of questions and Suzy was able to guide us through all steps of the process and give us the tools we needed. Her experience and professionalism was made very clear from the beginning and demonstrated even further through her ability to navigate through hurdles. She has great contacts as well that you can put your trust into for inspections, lenders, etc. Thank you Suzy and team for making it happen!

This was my second time around working with Suzy. The first time, she worked tirelessly to show me countless homes and put in a few offers, but I ultimately decided to take a break from house hunting. Two years later, I reached back out to Suzy and she responded IMMEDIATELY ready to jump back into the game and help me find my house. Suzy is an excellent realtor. She is extremely responsive (even after 8-9 PM!), booked every showing as soon as I requested them, listened to my wants and needs, and provided me with guidance and advice stemming from her own expertise. When I told Suzy I wanted to win a bid, she gave me every possible option to make my offer as strong as it could be (which wasn't easy given I had a VA loan and that comes with its own set of terrors). I have worked with different realtors in the past, and Suzy was the first to make me feel heard and the first to be successful in my home purchasing journey. I now have my beautiful house and I owe that to Suzy, because without her impressive negotiation skills, I would not be moving in next week. I would also like to point out that Suzy recommended a fantastic lender and saved me from the one I was already working with who was subpar at best. The entire process went seamlessly, I can't thank her enough!

Due to the unpredictable housing market situation, my property wasn't exhibited well to the potential buyers for the first time. Concerning my previous listing experience, my wife and I decided to have a conversation with Suzy to get a direction for selling. Glad that she accepted the challenge immediately and was able to quickly provide a great insight. As a professional seller's agent, she demonstrated her expertise to list out all the positives of my property and staged my house to show its true character for potential buyers. Not only she stopped right there but also was able to provide periodic updates, gave her best to meet buyers special financial requirements and treated us fairly until the closing date.
