I was very disappointed with Shelby Strano Muraski. I left a voice message AND emailed her that I was very interested in a particular property. She did text back to me quickly that she was "tied up" and when was a good time to reach me, I responded up to 10 pm that night or after 7 am the next morning. I never heard back from her. I was planning on bringing my checkbook and making a deposit on this property, but have now lost out on it, due to the red hot market we are in. With 34 years experience, I would expect Ms. Muraski to perform better than this. I am sadly very disappointed.

Shelby was fantastic! She worked with our busy schedules so we could view houses as they entered the market. She kept us very informed with everything that was going on and was very prompt to respond to or emails, calls or texts. She obtained feedback on our house from other realtors and provided us with feedback or suggestions to sell our home fast! My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a more supportive and knowledgeable agent! She has even kept in touch with us after we sold/purchased our homes, I cant say enough great things about her. Highly recommend her help!!

Shelby was professional and kind in all interactions, and was able to tell us exactly what to do in order to sell our home. She has quite a bit of local knowledge was extremely helpful in both selling our home and buying our new home. We highly recommend her!
